Celebrity Chef Seamus O’Connell, star of the RTE’s SOUL FOOD cookery programme, has been serving the highest quality food and wine, with hints of mischief and twists of the unexpected, previously at the Ivory Tower restaurant for over 25 years but now establishing a foothold in his newest venture, MALARKEY.
Seamus’ influence include Japanese Cuisine, Mexican Soul Food, and French Haute Cusine, while the menu also features almost-forgotten Irish dishes as well as European fare.
Ingredients are extremely fresh (and often organic), flavours are bold and presentation is unusual. So whether you choose a classic dish with a twist or one of Seamus’ fusion creations, be prepared for humour and originality on a plate.
